變速箱是一個介於方向盤跟馬達之間傳遞扭力以及速度的一個減速器．組裝完成之後，你可以嘗試在I, II, III以及倒車檔之間作切換，一邊利用手把轉動引擎，一邊操作排檔桿

觀察變速箱在不同的比例之下如何影響到齒輪轉動的速度．打到N檔，放開離合氣進入怠速，三檔讓所有的齒輪都進入最高轉速，再轉到倒車檔，看看它如何讓齒輪反轉。
